Abstract

The present international economic crisis is the most serious and acute since the end of the Second World War. The changes that the capitalist economies are now experiencing, and the significant alterations that international economic relations have experienced, are but indicators of this deep and severe crisis. Among the basic conceptual problems of the generation of a new international economic order is that of the transfer of resources, whose current structures have an inherent weakness. This is why it is necessary that in a new international economic order a new type of relationship between developed and developing countries can be established in terms of the transfer of resources.
