This work responds to the need for a deeper mutual knowledge that allows us to understand the conditions and forms of joint action between Latin America and the Arab League. The first part of the work outlines the current world economic situation, especially with respect to the prevailing imbalances, which are key variables in determining the prospects for developing countries. Reference is made below to the economic situation of the countries of Latin America and the Arab League, whose development efforts have been hampered by an unfavorable international situation. Finally, against the background of the more global realities of the international economic order, the possible responses and reactions of their respective economies are evaluated, with a view to drawing lines of action that can reinforce and stimulate economic exchange between the two regions.
