On June 15 of this year, the 800 years of the Magna Carta of John Lackland were celebrated. In its brief, but notable provisions, the first antecedents of Constitutional Law are condensed, in particular, of the fundamental freedoms of citizens and of the guarantees against abuses of power by the authority.
