Abstract

Before the Constitutional reform of 2005, there were numerous unclear or ambiguous concepts in our Fundamental Charter, a situation that generated interpretive conflicts. One of them is precisely the Statute of the Parliamentary Function that after this reform was defined for the first time in a constitutional organic law.
