Abstract

This paper, which is a synthesis, is framed in terms of their suggestions for the Chilean political tradition and constitutional and effective leadership or lack of central leadership. It is also associated with this need to share a reflection, foundations, on renewed concern and perception that is observed in that in many aspects of contemporary society, with few exceptions, seems to lack the precise recognition of leadership , ie address or pipes efficient and prudent for the common good.
