Abstract

El Estado -como sinónimo de sociedad civil,principalmente la superior- debe servir a sus súbditos y en tema que nos ocupa, también a los poderes legislativo y ejecutivo, que forman parte de él, mediante la administración de justicia, en especial, en la interpretación judicial de la Constitución Política, tarea que le corresponde realizar al más alto tribunal de la república, por ser aquélla el más importante cuerpo jurídico del Estado, considerado como la unión de autoridad y súbditos en un territorio determinado.
