This article is framed in the problem of the identification between reality and capitalism. Its objective is to approach the political retaking criticism of dialectics –in so far as philosophical rationality secured by the metaphysic of the representation– to revise it in tragic tone. We will open the notion of tragedy to reveal its tragic sense intensifying reading that affirms its agonal character to trace later, a connection which will slide on three philosophical operations that provoke crisis with the dialectics: Vernant, Nietzsche y Spinoza; and the possible glimpse in those hermeneutics with a gesture of tragic character that allows us to think an agonic ethics in the exercise of contemporary politics.
